This week in AP Lit, I struggled, not because I just don’t know anything about our subject of tragedy, it’s the fact that there was no school on Tuesday, and I had to miss Thursday and Friday for Junie B. Jones and Veterans Day assembly respectively, so in all, I got only 2 days of AP Lit, and the two that I missed seemed to be the most important.
So even though I missed two days, I still was there Monday to look upon the blog posts from before, and I was able to get those done, which I am thankful for. Then came Wednesday where we started reading Oedipus, which I read the part of Oedipus himself. Overall, I had a good time, except I didn’t really understand the Cornell notes that were featured in class, which I did not help me when it came time to do the blog post about Oedipus, but I still thought my points were solid.
So Thursday and Friday came and went, and I haven’t a clue what it is we’re doing. Although I can go back and look at the stuff, I just have concerns that it wouldn’t be as good if i was given a more thorough understanding of the topics, but I’m not that upset about it. I guess I’d rate my understanding a 2.5/5 due to not being here half of the week.
