So this week in AP Lit had a lot of similarities to the week beforehand. I was still a bit further behind in the Kite Runner due to it being an audio book, so I did end up being in a rush. That was about a third of my week itself. There was some creative writing but I actually had a lot of creative writing already written to the point where I decided to not write anything and instead keep listening to my audio book.
So I chose to take the job of Video Journalist in my group, that that's the person who makes the videos and interviews for the website article. This was something we actually held off for awhile because we had very little understanding of what we were supposed to do at the time. But Erica was awesome and got an understanding of what to do, so she gave me the basics of what to say, then I went down to a quiet area, and recorded my voice as well as find pictures to go along with it. While I was doing that, Erica was putting the writing all of our stuff onto the article including the stuff that Jess wrote as well as went on Google Earth to make a video from that, and Lauren, very well done I must say, dolled up the article to be visually appealing.
When the class did the rotation for our different articles, I found it kind of confusing because since we didn't get to read the whole articles, it left me almost not having a clue what was going on in any book despite the person representing the group trying to explain, but I can say that they were nice.
My understanding of this week would be like a 3.5/5. I personally believe that even though I got done what I needed to and that it may have been relatively good quality, I think I may have missed the point of the assignment, because I still don't know.
