This week, so this week was something, but it is very hard for me to explain how it worked.
So at the beginning we were given two articles about tracking personal information on the internet and government interference, one in favor, one against it, we highlighted important info (Was extremely tired and my memory isn't that clear about it), and we discussed it at our tables, okay cool.
Next came the part where we took a side, I took the undecided side because I legitimately didn't know very much about the topic at hand and thought that this would make me more informed. So I got to ask questions about the issue of tracking to the opposing groups.
Then, we had to officially pick a side and write an essay about my belief. I personally still felt like I didn't know too much, but I chose to have the government do more to protect our internet privacy, so I made as many points as I could then shared it with my lovely friend Grace, who then peer edited my paper. Surprisingly enough, I didn't do too shabby on the paper, just some credibility issues here and there which she also struggled with on hers too.
So I guess all of that was okay, it basically took up the whole week, and I was ready for the weekend, that's for sure.
